We are looking for Call center supervisor.

1. Within age limit of 21 to 35

2. Sound knowledge on MS Office packages

3. Successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L                                                             

4. Good team player who can handle customers in any attitude and ability to hardworking

5. Fluent in spoken and written English

6. Competency in at least 02 languages including English is a must. (Sinhala/Tamil/English)

7. Fast learner who can work under extreme pressure and minimum supervision

8. Previous experience in contact center would be an advantage

9. Residing within 15km to Colombo city limits

10. More than 03 years experience in customer service and contact center operations

11. Higher education qualifications would be added advantage
