Post – Manager/Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing (Solar Division)

Qualifications-A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing is a must.

                         -MBA or a management related qualification shall be an added advantage

                         - Strong inter-personal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. (Tamil would be an added advantage.)

Experience -A minimum of 4 years previous experience and 1-2 years for in the Solar Sector for the position of Assistant Manager.

-A minimum of 5 years previous experience and 3 years for in the Solar Sector for the position of Manager.

Job Role-

• Manage the entire operation of the solar division through effective project planning and staff allocation, delegating team members to attend CEB/ LECO issues and other client inquiries, effective stock maintenance and planning
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the management by formulating marketing and advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance on a regular basis.
• Ensure all operations are in compliance with formulated standard operating procedures and quality & safety standards, identify problems and develop corrective plans.
• Work closely with the top management to formulate and implement strategies, standards & targets to achieve organizational goals and provide progress & management reports and other status updates as required.
• Design and develop new products that can be marketed under the division

* A valid driving license is a must
