Vacancy for the Post of   IT Coordinator

• Position:   IT Coordinator
• Experience:   Minimum 1 Years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
• Qualifications:
  • Completed High School Education.
  • HND in IT /Diploma in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field
  • Good level of English and Sinhala (verbal and written)

• Male/Female:  Both
• Age range: 25 -35 y
• Salary range:   Negotiable
• Work Locations: Battaramulla
• Working Days: 5 ½ Days
• Job role:
• Institute protocols for the use of IT across department and projects
• Maintaining a record on all devices being used by employees
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
• Act as link between end users and higher-level support
• Install and configure software and hardware(printers, network cards etc.)
• Monitor system and network performance
• Perform troubleshooting repairs and data restoration
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
• Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
• Creating and improving on company artwork in all business divisions
