Post – Field Recovery Officer

Qualifications-

• Should Posses G.C.E A/L
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala(Tamil would be advantage)
• Should be proficient with computer, MS Office package
• A Good team player
• Self motivated, independent worker
• Outgoing & friendly personality with good communication & leadership skills.

Experience –

• Prior work experience in recovery related position

Gender –Male

Age range – Above 20

Salary range – Negotiable (according to the experience and qualification)

Location – Islandwide

Industry –Hardware & Lighting

Working Days – Mon- Fri                                       

Job Role -

• Field visiting and investigations in order to recover ageing outstanding
• Maintain accurate records about the customer payments status
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments and action for speedy recovery.
• Should showcase a strong work ethics and express a high level of commitment.
