•           Experience         :           Exposure to BPO or foreign clients 

                                                   Carry yourself professionally when you need to speak to clients

                                                    Prior experience in UK pension, or customer service

                                                    Professional email writing skills and MS Office proficiency

•           Qualifications & Skills    :  • Professional fluency in English/Attention to detail and logical thinking/ Independent and reliable/Good team player/ Ability to work under pressure/Good listening and writing skills/Tech-savvy/Willingness to learn/Tackle any challenges early than it continue and grow on.

•           Gender               : Male/Female

•           Salary range       : Starting Salary 65,000 LKR/ Negotiable based on qualifications

•           Working Days     : 5 weekdays only/All Sri Lankan public holidays off, working in lieu/Company leave entitlement.

•           Working Hours :  April to September: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (SL Time)

                                         October to March: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (SL Time)

                                           Adjusted for UK Daylight Saving
