3. Qualifications :
- Degree / Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in secretarial practice from recognized university will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. (Tamil or Chinese would be an added benefit
