• Experience - 3 years of progressive experience in accounting experience in the Micro Finance similar capability.

•    Qualifications

• Fully/ partly qualified CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka.
• Auditing experience of 2 years or more.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial software systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Effective to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

•    Salary Range - 80,000 – 130,000

•    Age – 35-60 years

•    Working Days - Mon -Fri (8.30AM to 5.00PM) & Saturday (8.30AM to 1.00PM)

• Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the management, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Provide insightful commentary and variance analysis to explain financial performance

• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial performance

• Prepare rolling forecasts and analyze key drivers of financial performance

• Monitor and control cost, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency

• Provide strategic insights based on financial data to support decision-making

• Implement best practices & Finance policy & procedures in financial management and reporting
