*URGENT VACANCY FOR THE POST OF HEAD OF GROUP FINANCE*
Position: Head of Group Finance
Experience & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is required. Having a Master’s degree (MSc) in Finance would be an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: *Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a group of companies or similar multi-business environment.*
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial management, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work Cross-functionally across business units.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Role:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the group’s finance function, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and manage financial risks effectively.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for the board of directors and top management.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive financial process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the group.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SBU heads and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights that support decision-making and achievement of KPIs.
- Company Growth: Actively contribute to the company’s growth by providing sound financial advice and identifying new business opportunities.
