*Vacancy for the Post of Finance Executive*

• Position – Finance Executive
• Experience –
  • At least one year experience (post internship) preferably in an educational institution
  • Needs to have experience in handling QuickBooks or similar automated financial systems. 
  • Ability to communicate in English
• Qualifications – Any Related Qualifications in Account and Finance
• Salary Range –
  • If No Experience salary range 35K-40K
  • With Experience 50K
• Age – Above 20 Years
• Gender – Female/Male ( Male Preferred)
• Locations – *Colombo 13* (Willing to work in Kotahena ,close to the Sugathadasa Stadium)
• Working Days - Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 6.30 pm and Saturday from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm
• How urgent is this position –Very Urgent
• Job Role –
  • Maintain general ledger 
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Compile  monthly quarterly and year end accounts 
  • Compile management reports on a specified date as required by the management
  • Maintain Balance Sheet ledger break downs monthly
  • Maintain Inventory of books and other education related material and reconcile with  sales records (includes stock taking)
  • Processing of purchases and payments
  • Monitoring daily collections and banking
  • Liaise and coordinate with auditors and suppliers
  • Cover for finance team members when required
  • Willing to travel within Kotahena and its outskirts on official duty
