*URGENT VACANCY FOR THE POST OF HEAD OF OPERATIONS*
Position: Head of Operations
Experience & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Rubber & Polymer Technology, Manufacturing Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree would be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in a senior operations management role within manufacturing, with a strong focus on both business growth and production efficiency.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to guide cross-functional teams and drive the business forward.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges across operations and client-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with production management software, automation tools, and the ability to digitize and optimize operational workflows.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and senior management.

Job Role:
- Lead operational strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing customer relationships and expanding market reach. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and ensure product offerings meet the needs of global brands.
- Act as a key interface between our production teams and clients, ensuring a seamless connection from order placement to delivery. Engage directly with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to spearhead new projects, bringing innovative product solutions to market. Act as a business advocate in identifying new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Oversee all aspects of the production lifecycle, from manufacturing to on-time delivery, while ensuring rigorous quality control and compliance with global standards.
- Stay ahead of industry innovations by incorporating best practices and new technologies into operational processes, driving digital transformation and automation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, cultivating a results-oriented and innovative work culture.
