• Qualifications –
  • Completed High School Education.
  • Diploma in QS / Auto Cad / Draughtsman ship
  • Ability to work proactively and with initiative.
  • Team approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Good level of English and Sinhala (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements
  • Good Computer literate

• Salary Range – Negotiable
• Age – 25 - 35

• Working Days – Mon - Fri

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of service, repair jobs cards and BOQs for both local and overseas
  • Prepare tender and contract documents including costing of quantities with the Engineer/Architect/Client.
  • Prepare ,negotiate and analyze costs for offered quotations
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Perform risk ,value management and cost control
  • Provide advice on contractual claims
  • Design and prepare Auto Cad Drawings to given specifications
  • (Proposal drawing, Detail drawing and Fabrication drawing) 
  • Undertake site supervision visits
