Vacancy for the Post of Line Quality Controller - Tea industry

• Position- Line Quality Controller

• Educational Qualifications-

Diploma or Graduate of BS Chemistry, , Microbiology, Chemistry and/or equivalent courses issued by the recognized institution

• Experience:

-At least 2-3 years of experience as line quality controller in an FMCG Industry/environment.

-Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations, relevant legislation, Good Management Practices (GMP) and HACCP programs, and ISO.

-Experience with knowledge of full cycle of production and understands and develops the area for optimization of resources usage in terms of quality control.

• Job role

• Performs the assigned tasks towards continual improvement through total quality objective and productivity of the department.

• Reports and communicates all quality related issues on problem identification, resolution and continual improvement.

• Execute a quality developmental programs and procedures and adhere with the implementation.

• Maintains performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.

• Creates, revised, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection for Quality Control and Assurance.

• Leads supports and participates in performing root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvement.

• Collects and analyse sets of data using statistical tools to predict trends that will affect the improvement of product quality.

• Leads and participate in internal and external quality audits.
