Job Role:
• Supports back-office group by entering departmental data into database software.
• Assigns to other administrative tasks in various departments.
• Invoice Posting: Receives and encodes data of all invoices, expense forms, and payment requests.
• Reconciliation: Recalculates and rechecks data to ensure correct payments, amounts, and records.
• Office Filing Management: Works on spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals.
• Posting of Production Orders: Checks if quantity is equal in WMS, ERP, and actual count.
• Counterchecking of Sales Orders: Checks if item number and quantity on Dispatch Notes match.
