Position:  Senior Executive – Sales (Trade) – Colombo & Eastern Province

Experiences & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Management
• Min. 03 years of Sales or related experience
• Negotiation Skills
• Relationship Management skills
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English  (Conversant in Tamil will be an added qualification)

Work Locations: Colombo & Eastern Province

Working days:  Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm, Saturday Half day

Gender: Male

Age: Below 35

Salary & Benefits: *80K – 110K*

Job Role:

• Managing existing Dealers and developing new Dealers in the region in order to generate sales through them and to achieve annual targets allocated
• Establish and execute a sales strategy to grow sales and increase market share
• Responsible for timely payment collections that are due as per credit terms / periods
• Introduction of new products and expansion of the vertical by introducing the Hafele brand.
• Responsible to further develop existing key accounts and generate business from them by promoting a suitable Product Mix
• Internal coordination for timely processing of customer orders / billing and material delivery.
• Assessment of market potential by mapping and gathering data
• Collaborate and organize Marketing activities according to the seasonality and requirement
