Position:  Sales & Marketing Manager

Experience & Qualifications:  

Gender: Male

Age range: Above 35

Salary range: Above 100K

Work Location: Colombo 03

Working Days: Monday to Friday and Saturday Half day

Industry:  Construction Chemicals, Paints, Waterproofing

Job Role:

• Responsible for creating a proper marketing plan to create top of the mind awareness
• Responsible for creating Dealers Network and achieve the set yearly sales budget.
• Responsible for Identifying potential dealers in the ‘sale growth zone’ and develop a business development plan to reach them.
• Responsible for development of direct project sales and achieve the set yearly sales budget from the projects sector.
• Responsible for managing the sales & marketing team, developing a sales & marketing plan, getting orders from the dealer network and projects, attaining set targets, expense control and promoting the Ceyalac presence throughout Sri Lanka.
• Responsible for the designing of the events and marketing campaigns to promote Ceyalac brand and its products range.
• Responsible for enhancement of the business relationship with the dealers so as to ensure loyalty and business growth for mutual benefits.
• Responsible for creating and be accountable for all project proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Ceyalac’s sales administration procedures.
