*URGENT VACANCY FOR THE POST OF MANAGER - FINANCE*
Position: Manager Finance
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA plus,
- 5 to 10 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, in ERP / accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial data.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing financial processes and technologies.

Job Role:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of the companys budget, as well as long term financial forecasting.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, identifying areas for cost savings, and cost control strategies to improve profitability.
- Financial Audits: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to all tax laws and regulations.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, while ensuring accuracy in valuation.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance, profitability, and areas for improvement.
- ? Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies to safeguard assets and maintain data accuracy.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash utilization for day-to-day operations.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws, taxes, and benefits.
- ERP : Assisting setting up company ERP / financial software systems to maintain accurate financial records and streamline processes.
- External Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, IRD, and other external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
