Experience- 1to 2 years prior experience in an administrative
or customer service role is preferred.
Qualifications -Diploma / HND or certification in Business Administration, Office Administration, HR orarelated field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, attentionto detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Job Role- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls /Coordinate scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments /Maintain records of personnel-related data ( Daily attendance personal information, Leaves, etc) /Provide administrative support across various departments to ensure smooth operations /Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, and issuing employment contracts. /Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires. / Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
