Position – Sales Manager (Automobile Industry)
Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automobile sector.
Qualifications -
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Age range - 35 to 45 years
Male/Female - Male
Salary range - Above 150 LKR
Work Locations – Colombo Area (Rajagiriya Head Office)
Working Days and working hours –
- Head Office - Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.30m), Saturday (9.00am to 1.30pm)

Job Role (Briefly)- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team including branches to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the branch team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure the sales team maintains up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
- willingness on extensive traveling.
