Job Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and driving sales. You will assist customers in finding the products they need, answer their questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Restock merchandise as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Participate in training and development programs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
