1. Position:  Assistant Quantity Surveyor

2. Experience – 1+ years

3. Qualifications – Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or a related field

 4. Male/Female – Both

5. Age range  - 25+

6. Salary range – Negotiable 

7. Work Locations - *Kollupitiya - Colombo 03*

8. Working Days - 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm

11. Job Role –

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Measure and value construction work to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor project progress.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers/subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of work and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and report on project budgets and expenditures.
