1. Position –   Sales Engineer – Business Development

2. Experience – Proven experience in sales or business development, in the machinery or packaging industry.

3. Requirements –

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex machinery and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Technical knowledge of packaging and bottling machinery is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging, processing and machinery sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
• Collaborate with our foreign principals to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
