*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF SENIOR EXECUTIVE – QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS*
Position : Senior Executive – Quality Management Systems
Experience : *6 to 8 years proven track-record in which a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a food manufacturing environment with exposure to best practices in Quality Management Systems.*
Qualification :
- A degree/diploma in Quality/ Food Science/ Science/ Agriculture or equivalent professional qualification relating to the field from a recognized university or professional institute.
- Sound knowledge and prior experience in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 :2015, ISO 14001 :2015, SA8000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC and BSCI.
- Knowledge and prior experience in food safety management, environmental management, occupational health & safety and social accountability.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office and effective communication skills in English are a prerequisite.

Job Role :
- Supporting and assisting in Quality Management (BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000), Compliances and ensuring that all relevant standards are consistently met.
- Identifying and addressing quality issues promptly to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating on new product developments to ensure product robustness, while developing and implementing best practices for defect prevention and continuous improvement.
- Managing and supporting customer-specific requirements, offering technical support for complex projects that demand innovative solutions, and ensuring successful project completion.
- Identifying product quality issues and implementing permanent corrective actions to resolve them effectively.
- Involving with stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues efficiently, maintaining high safety standards.
- Conducting product and process audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Analyzing audit results and implementing corrective action as required.
- Supporting in improving and maintaining the organizations quality-culture.
- Assisting in training staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
