VACANCY FOR THE POST OF RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Position: Recruitment Officer

Experience –  Minimum 03 years

Experience as a recruitment officer is mandatory.

Qualifications: Part qualification in PQHRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute. This will be an added advantage

Gender:   Male

Age-  25 -35

Salary range:  The successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package commensurate with the standards and based on experience.

Work Locations: Head Office at Kotte

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Role- ·        Prepare advertisement and publish them and collect CVs

·        Screen applicants to evaluate if they need the position requirements

·        Conduct preliminary interviews & shortlisting candidates

·        Prepare personal files of new comer

Attend for onboarding process/Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
