1. Position – 3D Visualizer
2. Experience -    Proven experience as a 3D visualize or similar role
3. Qualifications –

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and rendering engines
• Understanding of architectural design principles
• Skills in texturing, lightening and shading
• Attention to detail and delivering high quality visual content
• Experience with a video editing software

2. Salary range -  40,000 – 55,000
3. Work Locations - *Old Negombo Road, Wattala*
4. Working Days -           8.30- 5.30 week days, Saturday 8.30- 1.00pm
5. How urgent is the position? -  Immediately
6. Industry -        Interior design and costruction

10.  Job Role –

• Create detailed and realistic 3D models, renderings and animation from 2D plans and sketches
• Develop and apply textures, lightning and materials to enhance visual quality and realism
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specification
