*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF MANAGER FINANCE*
Position: Manager Finance
Experience: *Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, with a focus on reporting, control, and financial management*
Qualifications:
- Full/Part professional accountancy qualification (CIMA / CA Sri Lanka / ACCA) is essential.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience in complex manufacturing environment with exposure to standard cost accounting and Product costing is preferred.
- High level proficiency in ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics Navision/SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Role:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain a strong internal control environment, identifying risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis on variances.
- Audit Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Responsible for all tax and regulatory compliance while coordinating with tax consultants, outsourced service providers and statutory bodies such as IRD, BOI, and Customs etc.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze financial and operational data, trends, and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Working capital management: Oversee cashflow, working capital and co-ordinate with banks.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting a high-performance culture and fostering continuous improvement.
