2. Experience –

• Proven experience as a 30 Visualiser or similar role
• Experience with a video editing software

1. Qualifications –

• Proficiency in 30 modeling software and rendering engines.
• Understanding of architectural and design principles.
• Skills in texhuing, lighting, and shading
• Attention to detail and delivering high-quality visital content.

2. Salary range -        Negotiable
3. Work Locations - *Old Negombo Road, Wattala*
4. Working Days -     8.30- 5.30 week days, Saturday 8.30- 1.00pm
5. How urgent is the position? -        Immediately

10.  Job Role –

• Create detailed and realistic 30 models, renderings, and animations from 20 plans and sketches.
• Develop and apply textures, lighting, and materials to enhance visual qitality and realism.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
