*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF SERVICE CENTER COORDINATOR*
Position: Service Center Coordinator
Experiences & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in Sinhala & English
- Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Computer Literacy with strong proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service sector
- Candidate should have the right aptitude and willing to work with a long-term

Work Location: Colombo 02
Working Days: Weekdays (9.00am – 5.30pm)
Job Role:
- Front Desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Coordination: Assist with coordinating customer service requests, scheduling, and managing the workflow between technicians and customer.
- Ticket Management: Monitor and prioritize service tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and provide resolution to all issues.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and support reports related to services and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
