Position: Showroom Sales Executive

Experiences & Qualifications: 

• Basic understanding of Sales & Customer Service Practices Working experience in the relevant field would be plus.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus  Fair knowledge of Apple products and technology trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• School Leavers are also encouraged to apply

Salary range:  Above 45K

Work Location: Colombo 02 

Working Days:   Roster Basis

Job Role:

• Identify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong client database and sales pipeline.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Manage store merchandising, inventory, and customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Facilitate machine setup, data transfers, and after-sales support.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
