VACANCY FOR THE POST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

 

Position: Customer Service Executive

 

Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience. Smart and energetic School leavers will be considered

 

Qualifications: A/L - Commerce Stream

Should be IT literate (Microsoft word/ especially Excel and emails). Should be fluent in English.

 

Gender:    Both

 

Age- 21 - 35  

 

Salary range:  40K to 50K (based on experience)

 

Work Locations: Borella (Colombo 08)

 

Working Days: Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Saturday – 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

 

Job Role- Responsible for providing customer services for inbound courier packages from the point of Collection to Delivery. Will be liaising mainly via email.
