VACANCY FOR THE POST OF SHOWROM MANAGER
Position: Showroom Manager - 2 wheels and 3 wheels sector
Experience – 3+ years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or automotive sales (preferably in electric vehicles or two-wheelers/three-wheelers).
Experience in managing a sales team and meeting sales targets
Familiarity with electric vehicle technology, particularly two-wheeled and three-wheeled EVs, is highly desirable.
Qualifications: Experience in the electric vehicle industry, specifically in two-wheeler or three-wheeler sales
Strong understanding of EV technology, including battery management, electric drivetrains, charging systems, and maintenance procedures.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers.

Ensure customers receive personalized, knowledgeable, and professional service throughout their showroom experience.

|
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
|
|
Guide customers through the product features, benefits, and financing options of electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
|
|
Ensure smooth test ride processes and provide customers with an opportunity to experience the vehicles.
|
|
Manage showroom stock levels to ensure the availability of all vehicle models, parts, and accessories.
