Position: Showroom Manager

Experiences & Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business Management.
• A dynamic and result oriented individual.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
• 5 years of experience in Sales, Store Management and Merchandising.
• Ability to work extended hours.

Gender:  *Male*

Age range: Below 35 

Salary range:  Starting between Rs 60,000/- to Rs 90,000/- (can be vary depending on their work experience)

Work Locations: *Kesbawa/ Ja ela/ Negombo/ Malabe/ Kandy- Mulgampola*

Working Days:   Monday – Saturday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Job Role:

• Manage the showrooms overall performance; setting sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer services
• Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
• Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times.
