Position: Customer Associate / Inventory Associate

Experiences & Qualifications: 

• Passed G C E A/L  
• Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution (Part / Fully Qualified) Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills

Gender:  *Both*

Age range: Below 30 

Salary range:  Starting 30,000/- for Trainees and go up to Rs 50,000/- (can be vary depending on their work experience)

Work Locations: *Nawala / Kesbawa/ Wattala/ Nittambuwa/ Kurunegala/Piliyandala/ Athurugiriya/ Horana/Galle*

Working Days:   Monday – Saturday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Job Role:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
• Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy in counting and providing correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including shelves, displays, and checkout counters.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
