VACANCY FOR THE POST OF RECOVERY OFFICER

 

Position:   Recovery Officer

 

Experience:  02 or more year experience in the relevant field

 Knowledge in MS office package (Excel / Word/PowerPoint)

 

Qualifications: Passed GCE Advanced level

Effective Communication Skills

Valid Bike License

 

 Gender: Male

 

Age range:   below 45 years of age

 

 

Salary range:  Negotiable

 

Work Locations:  Maharagama

 

 Working Days: Week day -8.00am -5.00pm / Saturday 8.00am -1.00pm

 

Job Role –

Follow – up on outstanding payments daily basic /Communicate with debtors via phone email etc. to recover outstanding

 Negotiate payment plans with debtor / Recovery of debts (cash / Cheques)

 Maintain collection reports daily / weekly and monthly basic

 Provide reports to management on collection progress
