•Position: Management Trainee for Modern Trade Channel

• BSc in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail in inventory and sales tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Job Role:

• Regularly update and maintain the Product Sales Inventory (PSI) for modern trade channels.
• Track and ensure timely processing of monthly orders.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to manage order execution efficiently.
• Oversee showroom-wise stock distribution.
• Monitor sellout trends to optimize inventory levels.
• Track and analyze competitor pricing and segment positioning.
• Ensure competitive pricing strategies are implemented effectively.
• Conduct daily and weekly tracking of stock levels and sellout performance at VVP locations.
• Ensure proper stock replenishment and distribution.
• Monitor and support the execution of modern trade promotional schemes.
• Ensure achievement of targeted sales under assigned trade schemes.
