*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE*
1. Position: Junior Customer Service Executive
2. Experience – 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Qualifications –
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in the Science stream; a degree or diploma in Science is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in Sinhala and the ability to work independently in a computerized environment.
4. Male/Female – Both
6. Salary range – Negotiable
7. Work Locations – Colombo 1
8. Working Days - Monday – Friday (8.30-5.30)
9. How urgent is the position? Urgent
10. Job Role –
- Order Management: Oversee customer orders from the point of receipt, processing and through to delivery.
- Coordination with Procurement: Work closely with the procurement department and provide timely updates to customers on delivery delays via letter or email.
- Delivery Monitoring: Closely monitor delivery schedules and take necessary action on any extensions.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with internal departments regarding customer inquiries and ensure prompt responses.
