Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
- Process parcel drop-offs and collections accurately using the courier system.
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, providing timely resolutions.
- Liaise with dispatch and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.
- Provide general support to the courier operations team.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum passed secondary education qualification.
- A Customer Service certificate will be an advantage.
- Prior customer service experience in a courier/logistics environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with courier or POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)
