*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF ANCILLARY SUPERVISOR*

Position – Ancillary Supervisor

Experience –   Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mall operations, retail, or a customer-facing role.

Qualifications -          

•           Experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry.

•           Basic understanding of cleaning operations and standards.

•           Leadership and team management skills.

•           Organizational and multitasking abilities.

•           Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•           Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Salary range – Basic 55K + OT (All together – 85K)

Working Days – 5  ½ days per week

Working Hours – 8 hours + 4 hours (OT)

Work Locations – Colombo 5

Job Role –

•           Supervise janitorial staff to ensure the cleanliness of the premises.

•           Conduct regular inspections to maintain the housekeeping standards.

•           Address and resolve any cleanliness-related issues or complaints.

•           Communicate with vendors for cleaning supplies and services.

•           Monitor and manage cleaning budgets for cost-effectiveness.

•           Prepare reports on cleanliness and maintenance for management.
