VACANCY FOR THE POST OF COORDINATOR  

Position:   Coordinator  

Experience – Proven experience in handling and coordinating both light and heavy machinery

• Familiarity with machinery such as excavators, loaders, forklifts, road compaction equipment’s, dozers, generators’, portable and stationery compressors, cranes and etc.,
• Experience in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting techniques
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic or related field
• Experience in firefighting equipment and etc.,

Gender –Both

Age range- Below 45

Salary range: Negotiable

Work Locations:  Rathmalana

Working Days: Mon to Fri

• Job Role- Coordinate day-to-day operations involving light and heavy machinery
• Oversee machinery scheduling, allocation, and on-site movement
• Monitor equipment usage and assist in maintenance planning
• Diagnose technical issues using principle diagnostic tools
• Ensuring the job is completed  to the satisfaction of the customer
• Communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and management teams
• When customer comes with the complaints, coordinating with customer opening the job card with the customer complaint
• After identifying the technical fault handing over the job along with the job card to the Mechanic
