Position – Executive - Customer Experience and Operational Support
Qualifications –
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales
- Experience in the payment industry is a plus
- Familiarity with the Sri Lankan payment landscape is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Salary Range – Rs.40,000 to 45,000 + Variable Performance incentive (Rs.10,000 starting)

Working Days – Roster Based
Job Role –
This is a full-time on-site role as a Executive - Customer Experience and Operational Support located in Colombo. The Executive - Customer Experience and Operational Support will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing and resolving customer complaints, managing and updating customer accounts, and carrying out sales activities to promote our services.
