1. Position – Call Center

2. Experience –

• *At least minimum 1 Experience for similar role/ telesales role will be definite advantage.*
• Experience in handling social media responses, Email inquiries.

3. Qualifications

• Should be an enthusiastic individual with can do attitude for getting the work done.
• Proven track record of achieving the sales target
• Be a team player and work as a team for the success of the company
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and take own responsibility for the tasks
• A technically minded person
• Excellent time management skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English.

7. Work Locations – Sri Jayawardanapura (Residing around Kotte, Maharagama, Thalawathugoda preferred.)

•Main role would be to convert potential customers from our sales channels.
