VACANCY FOR THE POST OF TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER
Position: Technical Services Manager
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in technical service and/or training in the food or bakery industry
• Strong understanding of bakery formulas, ingredients, equipment, and baking science
• Experience in handling customers, providing training, and working with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to product development and quality assurance is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Bakery Technology, Food Engineering, or an equivalent field

Job Role: provide technical training to staff, bakers, and customers/Ensure product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards /Support customers with bakery formulas, ingredients, and equipment / Lead technical projects, develop tailored solutions, and validate specifications Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Sales, Production, Planning) /Organize technical seminars and represent the company at industry events/ Monitor and guide the technical team’s performance and service quality /Promote compliance with SHE policies and maintain a safe work environment
