*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF  FIELD COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST*

1. Position: Field Collections Specialist

2. Experience – Proven experience in debt collection

3. Qualifications –

• Possessing a valid riding /driving license with a bike is a must.
• Verbal Proficiency in Tamil would be a definite advantage

 4. Male/Female – Male

6. Salary range – Basic salary between Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 85,000 + allowances 15K.

7. Work Locations –Gampaha/Colombo

8. Working Days – Monday – Friday (8-5)

9. How urgent is the position? Urgent

11. Job Role -

•           Conduct in-person visits to customers who have defaulted on unsecured loans.

•           Negotiate and arrange suitable repayment plans within established guidelines and policies..
