*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF QA SUPERVISORS*

•Position: QA Supervisors  

•Experiences & Qualifications:

• *BSc in Chemistry or Polymer Science from a recognized university or Institute of Chemistry Ceylon*
• *2–3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within the flexible packaging or related manufacturing industry*
• Sound understanding of ISO/FSSC/BRC systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively on the production floor
• Leadership capability and effective communication skills
• Strong documentation and reporting ability

•Gender:  *Male*

•Salary range: 50K – 125K

•Work Locations:  Rathmalana

•Working Days: Day/Night (12 hour shift-Monday to Saturday)

• Age: Below 35

• Job Role:

• Supervise and guide team members during production operations
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols during extrusion, rotogravure/flexo printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making processes
• Analyze non-conformances and lead root-cause investigations
• Conduct real-time inspections and guide on-the-spot corrections to minimize quality deviations
• Monitor and verify compliance with ISO, FSSC, and BRC standards
• Train production staff on quality best practices and procedures
• Liaise with production managers to ensure timely corrective actions and preventive measures
