•Position: Assistant Brand Manager
•Experiences & Qualifications:
- BSc in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Qualified in CIM/SLIM or an MBA degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
- *3 years experience in relevant field with proven track records in brand strategies and execution in FMCG industry is must.*
- Fluency in Sinhala & English.
- Strong analytical & presentation skills and attention to detail.

• Job Role:
- Planning & Execution of the annual marketing /Portfolio Plan.
- Developing & managing the marketing budget in line with the companys business objectives.
- Achieve brand development, by updating or strengthening brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with both internal & external stakeholders.
- Planning and execution of branding, Advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Initiate market research studies, analyze their findings, monitor competition & market trends, and initiate appropriate counteractions.
- Spearhead the new product developments and NPD networking and support seamless execution to expand portfolios with a proper go-to-market strategy.
