VACANCY FOR THE POST OF SENIOR EXECUTIVE – DISBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS (DA)

Position: Senior Executive – DA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in disbursement accounts within a ship agency or maritime services company

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• Strong understanding of port tariffs, shipping documentation, and international invoicing standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
• Excellent command of English – spoken & written
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Proforma & Final Disbursement Accounts (PDA/FDA)
• Review and validate port/service invoices
• Coordinate with port authorities, vendors, and internal teams
• Communicate with principals and handle DA-related queries
• Follow up on receivables with the finance team
