Position: Senior Executive – Operations

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within maritime operations

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments
• Experience in handling port, vessel, and agency operations
• Familiarity with local and international maritime regulations is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of vessel operations and ensure operational efficiency
• Plan and implement effective operational systems
• Ensure quality management and compliance with client expectations
• Manage funds and financial transactions in line with regulations
• Ensure timely completion of FDA/DA
• Coordinate with ports, Navy, and other regulatory bodies
• Ensure adherence to international and local maritime rules and laws
