VACANCY FOR THE POST ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES - PROJECT SALES  *

•Position:  Assistant Manager Sales - Project Sales 

•Experiences : 3-5 years

.Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed HGRYS sales targets.
• Experience working with contractors, developers, and project-based sales.

•Gender:  Both Male & Female

.Age : 25 - 40 

•Salary range: Basic - 80k -100k  - vehicle 50K  - fuel - 150 L + Sales commission 

•Work Locations:  Colombo 9 

• Working Days:  Monday  to Friday- Saturday Half  Day

.Job Role (Briefly) :

• Develop and implement sales strategies for project-based business.
• Identify potential clients, contractors, and developers for project sales.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, proposals to management. and Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
