•Position: Assistant Manager Sales - Dealer network
•Experiences : 5 years of experience
.Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and growing dealer relationships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

.Age : 25 - 40
•Salary range: Basic - Package - Basic - 80k -100k - vehicle 50K - fuel - 150 L + Sales commission
•Work Locations: Colombo 9
• Working Days: Monday to Friday- Saturday Half Day
.Job Role (Briefly) :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the dealer network and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit new dealers, maintaining a strong focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to dealers to enhance their performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to support dealers effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings and visits to dealers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
- Ensure the implementation of brand guidelines and promotional activities across the dealer network.
