•Position: Executive - Compliance  

•Experiences & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in QA/Compliance in a manufacturing setup, preferably flexible packaging
• Proven experience with certification audits (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC Packaging)
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong technical writing skills with a proven ability to draft SOPs, policies, and compliance standards.
• Analytical mindset and experience with CAPA, risk analysis, and audit preparedness

•Salary range: 75K – 150K

•Work Locations:  Rathmalana

•Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Age: Below 35

• Job Role:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO, FSSC, and BRC compliance systems
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and certification processes
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory filings, licenses, audit records, and permits
• Develop, review and update SOPs in alignment with industry best practices
• Monitor regulatory trends and propose updates to internal systems accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, QA, R&D, and supply chain teams to close audit gaps
